I am working with some buyers who went to an open house on Sunday. It was so well attended that my clients described it as "like a carnival" and the listing agent said "the place was a zoo". The newly listed houses that are priced right are going under agreement in less than a week. Hopefully this will continue and help to spur the economy as a whole.
